Do a firmware update again in safemode. Press and hold the "off" button, and then plug it into the computer, and continue with the firmware update. If this doesn't work, I'd call technical support.

To upgrade or reapply the firmware on your Harmony remote:
  1. Launch the Harmony remote software and log into your account.
  2. Click on the Downloads button at the top-right corner of your screen.
  3. Click on the Firmware button. Follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade the firmware on your Harmony remote.
  4. Once the firmware upgrade is complete, click on the Update Remote button.

Is your Logitech Harmony Remote stuck in SAFE MODE?

If you upgrade / update the firmware of your Logitech Harmony Remote, your remote will no longer be in SAFE MODE.

To upgrade or reapply the firmware on your Harmony remote:
  1. Launch the Harmony remote software and log into your account.
  2. Click on the Downloads button at the top-right corner of your screen.
  3. Click on the Firmware button. Follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade the firmware on your Harmony remote.
  4. Once the firmware upgrade is complete, click on the Update Remote button.
Your Logitech Harmony has now had its firmware updated, and is no longer stuck in SAFE MODE.

Hello,We purchased a Logitech Revue today and it will NOT work?!? First, Is the green light on the keyboard suppose to STAY lit? Could be a bad keyboard?
No, the green light goes out after about 10 seconds: saves battery.You don't mention any other problems, but I will make a suggestion. Start with the simplest setup. Run a HDMI cable from the Revue to the TV. Nothing else. Turn on the Revue and the keyboard and follow on-screen instructions. You must know your Wi-Fi address.
