My phone was stolen then report it to the police and was found the person who stole my phone changed my password now i cant unlock it pls help

Contact Cell Phone service provider to block/trace cell phone if they will, since you may only have phone number to do so.

File police report and home insurance report for the record, and possible reimbursement to replace equipment. Police report won't have much identifying information unless you have it, but would help in return of stolen merchandise and prosecution if ever found.

Change passwords for devices/email that you can.

Iphones have ability to be located, unsure if you setup for Android cell phones or other equipment.

contact your provider and supply the IMEI# only they can help you to unlock it. If it has been reported stolen the police will be at the door in 5 minutes. You will need to disclose personal information that is on file with the providor age dob address etc.

Report to the service provider/Police regarding the theft giving your IMEIand ask them to block all the calls. Police can help you in locating your phone.

you can report the phone stolen to the police..they will enter is into that national database and call your provider and let them know it was stolen.
if the phone is unlocked, all the person has to do is put a valid sim in it and the phone will work for them.
But if they get caught by the police at least it will be reported stolen.

Doing this you have to call your network provider and report to them that your phone was stolen to you.. They will ask you for the IMEI # of your phone... It would be better to report it into local police just in case that they need a supporting documents that may prove that the phone was stole..
