Phone doesn't receive or make calls. display says "1 missed call" and I can't access any other functions.

Hello.. 2 things we need to address here:

1. How to access voice mail account:

Access VM: Press 1:
Easy way to access your voice message system is to go to the dialer pad on your phone and press down on the "1" key until your voice messaging system announces

or you can dial your phone number to get to your voice mail

2. Change Call Setting, go to:
Dialer > (3 dots) Select Settings > Call > (scroll down) Select More Settings > Call Forwarding > Voice Call > then change to Always Forward (turn off)

If changing the Display doesn't help and the phone functions without any issue, then the problem could be related to your phone Display IC. When the Display IC is bad, only the light will be displayed instead of the Pictures or graphics. To fix this issue, you'll need a mobile repair technician so that he/she could check the issue. Please understand that this isn't a task for non-technical guy, in case the handset if opened or repaired without proper knowledge or experience, it could bring permanent damage.
But if in case the phone doesn't work when the display is white eg. No calls can be received, or no messages could be received, then it could also be a problem with the phone software. The same problem could only be fixed by flashing or upgrading the phone software.

That show you have missed calls and messages on your phone so you have to click on the messages like wise calls to check the missed calls and messages you have on your phone

in my phone dialed, received and missed call data are not saved. all data vanished and it shows empty always

Cause:-
Call logging is not enabled for the Message list.
Ensure call logging is enabled from the Phone application Options menu.
1) From the Home screen, open the Phone application.
2) Display the menu and select Options.
3) Select Call Logging.
4) In the Show these call log types in message list field, select the type of call log to be displayed in the messages list.
5) Display the menu and select Save.

When on the home screen the left soft key takes you to your call history. This is divided into tabs, with the first default tab showing all calls and the other tabs showing incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. Each tab shows a chronological list of calls, displaying the phone number dialed. The currently selected item also shows the date and time of the call. The left soft key is assigned to call the currently highlighted item, while the right soft key opens a menu that provides additional functions. Data counters can be found in the phone settings, as well as total call timers and a message counter.
During a call the right soft key is assigned to end the call and the left soft key opens a menu with additional options. These options include the ability to turn the speaker phone on and off, add a call for conference calling, place the call on hold, or enable the mute function. The W580i also supports multi-tasking, so you can access other phone functions like your calendar and contacts while on a call. We found the call management feature set on the W580i to be fairly standard, with nothing that stands out, but nothing important missing, either.
