Try going to the menu and search for anything related to blocking numbers. and select it and it should have a list of numbers youve blocked, and you should be able to delete them.

Usually to permanently unblock the number, you need to contact your phone service provider and ask them to unblock your number. You can then block it per call if wanted by dialing *67 before dialing the number.

Too many variables to give you an exact sequence. Ours is *60 to set and *80 to cancel. It may also be #60. Sometimes, you can dial *60 and the voice will tell you how many you have on your list and how to add or delete numbers.

2 {V}/{^}: Select the desired item.
~To exit, press {OFF}.
3 Proceed with the desired operation.
■ Erasing a number from blocked list:
{Erase} -> {Yes} -> {OFF}

Select menu button and select initial setting, then scroll to call block and press select. You can now remove any call blocked numbers you want from this selection. This id the call block storage area.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT!!!!! EASY VERSION
Step 1
Press the Menu button followed by the # key on the handheld unit.
Step 2Enter 217 on the numeric keypad to access the blocked numbers menu.
Step 3Press the down arrow on the keypad. Scroll through the list to select the number you wish to unblock.
Step 4Press the key under Erase to remove the phone number from the list.
Step 5Select Yes to confirm your selection.
