Samsung freezer stop working - Samsung RF4287HARS French Door Refrigerator

Believe it or not your freezer has a heater that defrost your freezer. It runs on a cycle to keep the ice from building up. Your freezer may be set to cold or the heater isn't working properly.

At the back of the freezer you should find a set of screws holding the plastic panel in place. The fan will be behind that.

Freezer fan error. Most likely the fan in your freezer has stopped working completely

We had the same fault on our Samsung American style RSH1DBRS fridge freezer as lots of other people seem to be having. Justy a piece of junk. The display has nothing to do with the defrost. Hold your top two buttons for 10 seconds and the displays will reset..good luck.*****
