Just bought the moped, got it home let it sit overnight, will not start, has gas

You need to pull a spark plug lead and position it with the open end close to some metal chassis part and either watch or have another observe while you try to start it to see if you have any spark at all.

Handlebars loose

Construct shims from aluminum (soda / cola) cans with scissors. Be careful not to cut yourself, sheared aluminum is very sharp. After you have cut a wide strip of aluminum, wrap it around the handlebar and put it between the handlebar and the clamps. This will increase the diameter of the handlebar and allow your clips to exert more pressure on the handlebars making them tighter. Try not to leave any aluminum exposed after fixing it; it's sharp.

Pegasus 150 looses power then overheats

Check for a fuel filter inline between the gas tank and the carb. Replace that filter ! Also dump half a bottle of Techroline (Chevron) into the gas tank. You are starving the engine of fuel which will lose you power and can cause overheating...check your oil and change often..Techroline can also be found at your local auto parts store....good Luck to you...Tim
