These Chinese phones generally do not have any User Guides. And if at all they are in chinese. These are given by the dealers at the time of purchase only.
The firmware is damaged, in all the china model handset that is the problem the firmware gets damaged if you do anything extra so you need take the phone to the technician and get it flashed no other way for the china handsets to install the firmware for ourself without having the DKU series reset cable.
Well, it is a counterfeit one. Do not use it. This duplicate one does not have a warranty and will not last for more than even a year.
Always buy online from good websites, like Nokia itself, Amazon, Best Buy, eBay etc. Do not trust such Chinese sites. It is a Chinese duplicate phone. It may work in Canada. Well, you won't find any particular English guide or manual. It is not an official Nokia product. The official manuals for the 5800 is available for free on the Nokia site.
