There are two likely reasons:First, Victor was seen by witnesses at Gale Boetticher's crime scene. Gus being an extremely cautious man, thought it best to dispose of Victor to avoid him getting picked up by the police. A second reason which ties into the first; Gus killed Victor in front of Walt and Jesse to show that he was willing to kill a loyal member of his organization for a minor screw-up, what chance do Walt and Jesse have after their betrayal? Alternatively, In season 5, Walt theorizes that Gus killed Victor because he "Flew too close to the sun and got his throat slit.". Meaning that Victor started learning the process or cooking meth on his own by watching Walt and Jesse and in a sense, stealing the secret recipe. However, this was more Walt's wishful thinking as he was angry with Mike's attitude towards him. Lastly, it's possible that Gus suspected that Victor had been stealing the meth Jesse had been skimming from their shipments and giving to Badger and Skinny Pete.

Why does the show kill so many people off and then suddenly resurrect them all?

At the end of Season 2 Finale, you don't conculsively know their all dead. Everyone's at edge of dying and granted the amount of blood lost by all seems pretty conculsive in terms of death. Bryan Fuller has indicated that the show was on the chopping block at the end of Season 2 so he wanted an open ended finale that could work both ways-cliffhanger or series ending. Conceptually and stylistically, it's the best killing tableau in both seasons. It underscores the terrible betrayal and horror of Hannibal finally revealed.

What is the "Black Sky" in the Stick episode?

Stick enlists Matt's help to destroy "Black Sky," a weapon that the Japanese mafia, led by Fisk's associate Nobu, are bringing into New York. Matt agrees on the condition that Stick restrain himself from killing anyone, but Stick breaks his promise when it is revealed that Black Sky is a young boy being held in a shipping container with chains around his neck and limbs. Stick fails to kill Black Sky while at the docks with Matt, but later says he killed the boy further up the road. Stick does not go into detail but says that the boy was more than "just a boy" and that Matt would have sensed this had he not been emotional at the moment. Black Sky is not a term previously found Marvel Comics so there is no clear parallel to be found there at this time. What exactly the boy named Black Sky is and how exactly he is a weapon is not revealed as of the first season of Daredevil, and any fan theories are pure speculation. In season 2; Elektra is revealed to be the Black Sky. There has still been no confirmation on who or what the Black Sky actually is

Why did Erastes Fulmen lie about the Vorenus children?

When Vorenus and Pullo learned that Erastes had taken his children, they storm his hideout and kill all of Fulmen's guards. When they confront Fulmen, Pullo says "Tell us where the children are, you might yet live." Fulmen scoffs at this because he knows what kind of man Vorenus is and so Vorenus would kill him whether he told the truth about selling the children into slavery or the lie that he "Fucked them, killed them and threw them in the river." Fulmen told Vorenus the latter because this would in essence kill Vorenus knowing that his entire family was dead. So while Fulmen would be killed, he took Vorenus with him essentially.

Why did Walter let Todd die?

Walt didn't care about Todd. He simply took him under his wing after Jesse quit. Walt only ever cared about Jesse and his family. Walt actually went to the compound with the intention of killing Jesse along with the Nazis. After seeing how Todd and the rest of the Neo-Nazis had treated Jesse, and feeling partly responsible for Jesse's capture; decided to save him instead. Given Todd's previously killing an innocent young boy, Andrea, torturing Jesse and forcing him into slave labour is what sealed Todd's fate. So Walt felt Jesse deserved to be the one to kill Todd.
