LG TROMM WM2688HWM no power unless i manually rotate the drum

You have a bad control board and will need to be replaced. The relay switch in the board has failed.

Major job! I would suggest looking up a help video on YouTube or repair clinic if you are mechanically inclined.

Its at the base of the drum in front mounted next to the heater element. See page 41

no there is no belt on lg washers,the unit is magnetically spun by the stator assembly behind drum

check the sump its located under the drum be careful when removing, if not that its backflow from your sink waste where the washer waste is connected
