in the upper right corner it may say MY PRIME or try PRIME.
Click the down arrow and there should be a choice to CANCEL PRIME
Click CANCEL PRIME and you should be set
Well, you're going to have to go to Amazon, sign in to your Prime account, and cancel it from there.
You can't cancel a service in a general user-to-user support forum.
