This is an OLD camera that uses CF cards - the earliest type of card storage. I have provided a link to the manual for the camera - it is considered as Powershot S20 based on your PC1002 number. On page 21 of the manual (page 24 of the pdf) there is a table listing the compatible cards. Another Canon link (provided) states you can use CF Type 1 cards.

Won't recognize memory card

When this memory card error occurs on the G9, it is most often from a faulty card reader in the camera. If you need help with it, try this place: www.camerasandparts.com They just specialize in the Canon Powershots and they know these models so well. Go to their site and send them an email, I'm sure they can tell you what's going on with it. Hope they can help you with the problem, good luck.

you need to either purchase a micro sd card adapter or a usb memory card reader, they are both pretty cheap and available in most supermarkets/electrical outlets but cheaper still on ebay/amazon/play etc it all depends how fast you need it.

How do you put your micro sd card in the computer?

if theres a slot for an sd card on your computer you need a micro sd card adapter. if it doesnt have an sd card slot you need to buy a usb memory card reader (making sure it takes a micro sd card first)

both are widely available in supermarkets/electrical outlets or on ebay/amazon/play etc and are very inexpensive.

Memory card for my nokia

According to the Nokia site the 6085 series uses a MicroSD card,Up to 2gb is supported..I think.

Not sure of your location but this nokia site for Nokia 6085 Memory cards has them
( you may need to enter your location and browse from there ! )

I'd try searching ebay for --> MicroSD+memory+card <--
like I said before I know that your 6085 will support up to 2gb sized cards,So stick to cards up to 2gb in size !!

I use a MicroSD-->SD adapter card. The MicroSd card slides into the back of the SDcard. Then I use a SDcard-->USB adapter to be able to read and write data on the MicroSD card.
