Our power went our so we flippped our breaker and now our tv will have the red light that comes on but wont turn on. We've unplugged it for 15 minutes and it turns on right away by it self then turns right back off.

There are two capacitors in this TV that went bad. They should be 1000uF by 25 volts along with any other common parts that went bad. You can tell if they're puffed. This repair generally costs about 150-200 dollars.
I think your mean “your TV can't turn on, and the LED red light off too” If it is true, you shall check the power switch first, because only the LG TV have the power switch (Sony 2010 model’s does). If I guess wrong, please provide more information, I wish I can help you.
