Hi there my hotmail account has been compromised and I would like to transfer all my email over to new hotmail account please help

Email accounts can generally be blocked if an account has been compromised please find a link below on how to unblock your account. This applies to Outlook and Hotmail

It means that your account has been compromised/hacked and the server is blocking emails. Best to just create a new email account in somewhere safer, like gmail.

On the Hotmail sign-in page, click the "Can't access your account?" link.

You'll need to do this online, within your hotmail account.

Microsoft will sometimes block your Windows Live Hotmail account if the company suspects you have a compromised or hacked account or if you have incorrectly entered your password multiple times when logging in. If Microsoft has blocked your Hotmail account, you can unblock your account by resetting your password.

1.Open a Web browser, and navigate to account.live.com/password/reset.
2.Enter your Windows Live ID and the security verification code and click the "Next" button.
3.Select the "Security Question" option.

5.Enter and confirm the new password you want to use to access your Hotmail account and click the "Continue" button.
6.Go to the Hotmail homepage.
7.Enter your Windows Live Hotmail address and password and click the "Sign In" button to open your Hotmail account. You have now unblocked your Hotmail account.

Some services like hotmail or facebook suspend/delete your account if the detect that it has been compromised or maybe the hacker deleted your account. Unfortunately, either way, you won't be able to recover your photos.

HotMail, Yahoo and other free services: There's really no way to change an email address. The best you can do is create a new account with a new name, and start using it, and at the same time simply stop using the old account with the old name.
