It sounds like there may be an issue with the control board of your Roger Black Gold treadmill. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the power supply: Make sure that the treadmill is plugged in and that the outlet is functioning properly. Try plugging the treadmill into a different outlet to see if that resolves the issue.
Check the control board: Inspect the control board for any visible signs of damage, such as burnt components or loose connections. If you see any damage, it is likely that the control board will need to be replaced.
Check the motor: If the control board appears to be in good condition, the issue could be with the motor. Check the motor for any visible signs of damage and test it to see if it is functioning properly.
If you are unable to diagnose the issue or fix it yourself, it is recommended that you contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for assistance.
Check the cable from console to motor control board. It would be a detachable connector on both ends. Try removing and reconnecting it. Sometime such problems can occur because of the bad contacts of connectors. Please remember to remove the power before attempting any service inside treadmill.

Q-tip to press the reset button. It may be necessary to hold the reset
button down for a few seconds. "CL11" will appear in the display of the
