Hi,you can unlock your mobile by unlock codes and you didn't mention about your provider and country..i unlocked my mobile by codes from here simpleunlocking and my provider is UK orange..you can too try but see to that whether your country and provider is listed..because for some service only codes are available..check with that and if your country's provider is listed then get codes and unlock your blackberry..

Try to reset your unlocked blackberry storm2 9550, then see your internet and email service. If still not working reflash your blackberry, no need to use blackberry unlock code again. I hope it will work on your phone.

You need to register online for BIS or black berry internet service. You also have to have a blackberry data plan for this to work.

go to google and type in black berry email login and then your service provider.

sounds like you need to set up the WaP settings this and address they use so that email and texting can be used
on your phone and most black berry BB use the same wap
for your BB you set the WaP threw security with the tech of your service provider they will give you info on that to set it up

now for the BB there is a setting if you already have the services it states in service provider if you did not set your service code by registering it with in 48 hours even after a wipe you will need to have a new code installed
after 48 hours of a wipe your services are whats the word scrapped and then you have to set services back up threw service provider this will bring back the tzones and browsers

i went threw this not just 2 weeks ago when i upgraded my BB so im fresh on the info im giving you

if you see the hourglas its probably when you retarted the phone.
If you want to do a complete reset, assign a password, then enter the code wrong 10 times - it will wipe the device, and its fresh like new
