Clearing DSTV E16 error via Internet

1. Go to the Dstv Self service portal.
2. Fill in your Smart card number, select the type of error you choose to clear "E16" in this case.
3. Enter the captcha code then click "Clear Error" as seen in the screenshot below.

hello have you contacted the hell service, I don't know about codes but all I do with dstv is bypass them . contact [email protected] for more info

Check the TV Standard
UK = PAL (i,c,etc)
USA = NTSC
Etc
You should check both the TV & your decoder box.
