First off, we are a group of volunteer experts that answer questions about things that need fixing. Problems such as yours are best referred to a customer support department from the company that you are getting service(s) from. As far as "JVC Antivirus" goes, I am in the USA and we here have never heard of such a product. In fact in doesn't even show up on a Google search. Perhaps what you are trying to get help for is "AVG Antivirus". If not, please disregard, but you won't get any answers here, I'm afraid.

do not use many antivirus applications at a same time ...your system will be running slow..

use any one of the AV program and try to update it to the latest definitions of the virus

Camera keeps giving condensation warning

Sudden temperature changes will do that (from cold to warm usually). There is no way to fix it (an dyou do not want to run it that way anyway) other than to keep the camera warm.

mine is in safe mode 3 too and it won't go away. It's over a year old and not worth $$$ to fix. It's time to move up to a HD hard drive video. I suggest you too.

JVC GR-D250 not recignize using firewire windows vista

put it in memory mode and try.if it showing there is no any problem with camera and you pc,because this camera when it is in cassette play back mode it is not supporing with pc.

If your batteries are NOT JVC batteries, then the problem is with your batteries. JVC batteries have some "smart circuitry" in them that helps the camera know and tell you how much juice is left. After about 20 seconds, the camera gives up trying to get the info from the non-JVC batteries and displays the communication error.

Real JVC batteries could fix the issue.

After researching the condensation problem and talking directly to JVC customer support, I've come to the conclusion that JVC makes a defective product and that paying to fix it only throws good money after bad. The solution: Throw it away and never buy a JVC product again.
