I have tried pressing it for a long and short time, i have also tried double and triple clicking and nothing works.
I would start by charging the headphones overnight. Try to use them in the morning. If this does not resolve the problem, either the charger or the headphones are bad. You can contact JBL and see if your set is still under warranty. You should still be able to use them with a wire if everything else fails. It might not look as cool, but at least you can still listen to them. My JBL Account Login

Windows Vista should see the bluetooth headphones without any extra drivers. If you open your bluetooth options, and you can see the headphones, and it asks for a password, try 0000 or 1111.
Also - check your computer to ensure that it does have bluetooth capability. If the computer doesn't have bluetooth built in, you'll need to use the USB communicator that should have come with the headphones. If you don't have the USB stick that came with the headphones, your best bet is to contact JBL and see if they will send you a new one.
Another thing you can try, just to verify the headphones are good - is to try to sync them with an ipod or iphone and see if you can listen to music through them.
