I need the mower belt routing for my LTR 166 John Deere rear discharge only where the belt routes once it goes up to motor, thru the small guides, all the diagrams i see only belt down on the deck.

the only thing other than a frozen pulley it could be check the routing of the belt it is rubbing somewhere.

To temporarily fix you need to remove brake linkage to trans.If this works you need to get it to the dealer to replace park brake rod.
