my nokia 6300 has fall down in water then i switched off and on continuously at starting keypad worked then keypad stopped working after some time

the default is 12345 if you have forgotten it you need to have it reflashed at a nokia care point

You must note that if won't remember some words(improper words).
If transferring the dictionary into a new folder in the Gallery which is save in the memory card didn't work, I'll see what I can do to help.
Since you have already try to save it in the memory card, then it's not the memory problem.
The problem is with the phone. Nokia 6300 is famous for forgetting predictive texts.
I can suggest you to try to upgrade the firmware,
You can try to save a word, a simple word like "ani" and check for how long it save that word. Try to switch off the phone, then turn it back on after a few minutes, check if that word is still save or not (Just to make sure it's not forgetting the text because the battery phone/switch off). If still there, see if the word can last for a day.

Note: Nokia 6300 is really bad in this predictive text field.
Sometimes the phone change the words randomly to another number.
