Use the warranty to get it fixed correctly at no cost.

If you have a brand new machine with a little pimple of an agitator in bottom of tub, these are the new water saving models. You will have to get used to it. This new and improved design is driving people crazy. If this is an older machine your inlet water valve is clogged probably due to hard water. You can clean out, or replace. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

I have the same problem. Look at the previous post, it seems to be the motor brush worn out. I've opened up the machine and checked. The carbon brush remains very little. I am trying to find out a replacement brush

We have just bought a whirlpool zen 6th sence when we tried to do 1st wash without clothing we couldn't get the programme dial to move or wash to start. It just has 6.00 and a washer and 8 on its side symbol

washers are very expensive to fix they cost more to fix then to buy

it sound like your heater/dryer has a short thats what has blown your trip it has a open circiut now and will not work untill you replace the heater
