1st step check in supply units - 110/230V AC to 9.5V AC adapter for base station.dd
2nd step check in ringer volume (ring tone) if the rank is zero (0) ringer is off and afterward change to wish-able ringer volume 1-5.

please change the batteries first,
2) if the problem persist, see if the antenna is broken. you need replace, since the antenna pick up the signals.
3) if does not resolve the problem, the phone is the problem, see the menu in your owner manual, and adjust the ring with volume respectively. Test again. If not work, the problem will be in the Syscon(Microcontroller) around circuit.go to the repair shop for fix it.

I have the same phone system, and *think* you may be able to fix the problem by adjusting the amount of rings before answer on each unit. This assumes there is an auto answer system engaged. Hope that helps some.
