I started it and opened roof the turned off ignition now it wont start the key wont turn in ignition
Try starting it in neutral. It could be that the neutral safety switch is slightly askew.
Your key is either worn; try another key or the ignition switch pins are either worn or sticking.
If key is correct one and not worn down so as not to work than using both hands grab steering wheel and turn back and forth hard and try turning key sometimes the steering lock tab gets jammed and moving steering wheel back and forth loosens and allowes the key to turn

Last time i had this problem, my car wasnt all the way in park, so what i would try is:
1: apply the break
2: push up on the gear shift, to make sure its in park.( if you can move the gear out of park, move it all the way to drive 2, then back to park.
3: try the key again
