I have an a33 i change the transmission. the car start and run for a little but not starting at all i am not getting any spark on number one four an five plugs

have you tried cleaning your fuel injectors ?? I had the same problem and cleaned mine and now it runs great !!

valve seals worn out they get hard 4 and 8 cylinder is very close must be from head gasket oil going to the cylinders do one petrol treatment for 2 times and one oil treatment flush. New oil filter and oil fit one size up more hot spark plugs check the pcv valve for mail function clean fuel tank and fuel filter new.

four to five quarts, start with four, check the dipstick while car is running, add fluid until in the hash marks on dipstick. Do not overfill! It will be bad.

This has a coil pack and four spark plug wires, correct? If so and you have replaced the spark plug wires and you don't have any spark out number four but you have spark on number one than you have a bad coil. You can remove the number four wire from the coil start the engine. Use. Test light connected to ground and place it near the opening in the coil that the spark plug wire goes into. You should see a sharp strong snappy spark. You may find that you have to hold the test light really close to the metal part inside the oil tower to see any spark. If this is the case you have a bad coil. Be careful when checking for spark. There is between 30 - 40 thousand volts generated but the merge is extremely low. If you get zapped it's going to tickle. Bit but it won't kill you. Good luck and let me know what you find.

most likley a ignition coil is failing, is unfortunatly common for the A33 maxima. these engine have 6 coils, one for each cylinder. the only way to work out which of the 6 is the faulty one is to remove the little cover over the front bank of spark plugs, has 4 allen key bolts, then you can see the front 3 coils and the rear 3 are inbetween the manifold pipes. each coil wiring will have a button/leaver on the connectors (i think they are green) and if you push this in will release connector.
when the engine is missfireing unplug one coil at a time then reconnect after. if the engine runs worse that coil is working. if you unplug 1 that makes no change, that is the the one thats not working. replace the coil and the spark plug.
do not worrry, there is only 12volts at these connectors, not spark plug voltage

Does it turn over?when you turn key? if it does start looking to see if you are getting a spark at the coil,Than at the spark plug wires leading to spark plugs,,if you are getting spark get a pressure test done on the fuel pump, also have the fuel filter change,This vehecle probly has high mileage,Right? these are the things that accompany high miles

Take out the spark plugs again, put a little bit of oil down each cylinder, see if that helps. If it does, you might get a compression tester to check to see if one of the cylinders has lost compression (EG, a head gasket blew, etc ...)

Remove and clean the valve coming from the tank

If youve ran through everything as in the spark if its getting fuel, if it has compression remove number one place a finger over the hole and have someone turn it over if it tries to push your finger out then it has compression be careful dont stick you finger in if you dont have to it can push it out with lots of forced air. If it is none of those it might also be the timing a slight bump to the distributer and knock off the timing on some models(keep plug in boot for number one cylinder place plug against metal on engine have someone turn it over if thats sparking timing might be ok. So if you have fuel getting to it, spark and compession it might also be this little bugger known as an inertia switch usually found on the right passenger side it depends on the vehicle as to where exactly and if it is equipt with one. press the little button to reset the ball bearing to reestablish contact

probably neither. You should do a compression check, and check your transmission fluid for dicoloration and metal shavings.
