ok so you LOST (key word lost) the BIOS admin Password. and toshiba is no help> that it? sure. and you automatically A$$ume there is a jumper, there are 7 + levels of PW. but in bios on this PC it is 3 power on pw bios user bios admin. or superviso.
first ask Toshiba. if they can't help?
about all you can do is google all week (not me) or youtube this, (some are weak or wrong pC)
but here is one. my guess is this is power on ,PW resetting. JPW.
1000s of models of PC for toshiba, and most are diffrent. 100s of classes of PC different for sure.
don't brick your PC, as many do. but whats to lose.?> finding others with the exact same PC, and lost the pW. is not easy and then someone who hacked it . not easy at all, google/youtube is about it. or tomshardware

Do you mean that you want the video drivers for your laptop? Go to the Toshiba website, click Support (or maybe Downloads), find the list for Satellite C855-S5132NR and the video drivers should be posted there for free download.
