As others have stated your problem is most likely caused by bad capacitors on the power supply board. This power supply board is the 200-000-xxxxtltx and is the same board used in the Polaroid TLA-01911 TVs. Here is a repair guide that shows what capacitors to look for and replace on this board to rebuild it. This is much less than buying a new board even if you could find one for sale.
The tv base stand tries websites like Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a used or new base stand. The tv remote cotrol, try website like Remotes.com to buy an exact remote or very close to the original remote.
White screen only / no picture is a sure sign of a failure in the power supply board. Your TV is getting power to the back lights but the control board voltages are not getting through so it is not displaying the picture right. This is an easy repair to do, you will just need to replace the filter capacitors on the power supply board. This Element model is actually made by Funai and is the same as the Polaroid FLX-01911c TV. Here is a repair guide for that model that will show you what needs to be replaced to get your TV back up and running again.
It looks like this unit will accept several inputs, and it is not autosensing (detects automatically)
On the side, there is a button that is labled "INPUT" Push this several times until a picture appears. The must be something attached to the TV for it to display a picture. VCR, DVD, anything. If it does not see an input it will display "NO INPUT"
Well okay! couple of questions? 1) Is a multi remote - does it or can it control other components like a DVD player or a VHS or Cable box?
2) If it does - you may have selected one of these other components to control NOTE: Try depressing the TV button and then try the other buttons such as channel or volume to see if it's back working.
