Boost uses sprint and most verizon phones cannot operate on sprint as it is a completely different system. There are a very few phones that can work on both but those are usually very expensive phones for the international market.

only nextel phones can work with boos mobile (chirp), although they do have a CDMA service you might be able to use them on, contact them and ask for the cdma phone number, they no longer advertise this service but still accept subscribers

If you already unlocked the Blackberry phone, simply put the Boost Mobile SIM Card (from the Boost Prepaid Phone) to the Blackberry Phone. The mobile number and the credits are link with the SIM Card and not the phone.
In case your Boost Mobile Prepaid Phone does not have a SIM Card (CDMA series), you have to purchase a Boost Mobile SIM Card and call the Boost mobile hotline to activate your newly purchases SIM and request to transfer your prepaid balance to the new SIM.
