Hello, Welcome to FixYa. Can you could provide the model number that will help determine if it's a combo, gas, electric and avoid any generalizing with you machine. Another question I have that may go a long way in solving this problem is this, did this problem seem to start following a self clean of the oven ? You also mentioned the clock/timer (master control) has power going to it, but what about voltage coming out when you select either bake or broil ? Error Code/Message - Oven - F3 Error Code - F3 E0
Control displaying F3 E0:
There may be a problem with the Oven Temperature Sensor, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.
