SOURCE: Our KitchenAid Oven shows power

Hello, Welcome to FixYa. Can you could provide the model number that will help determine if it's a combo, gas, electric and avoid any generalizing with you machine. Another question I have that may go a long way in solving this problem is this, did this problem seem to start following a self clean of the oven ? You also mentioned the clock/timer (master control) has power going to it, but what about voltage coming out when you select either bake or broil ? I'll wait for you reply to see whats been done or suggested and checked to this point. Regards, Macmarkus :)

Thermador warming drawer takes 45 minutes to reach 190 degrees on high setting! That can't be right! Tech support said it should be 220 degrees on high and should take 20 minutes to fully heat.

I recommend that you go with your microwaves and claim to fix it. This can be a problem with magnetron, or power diode, capacitor faulty, or thermostat.

God bless you
