"For the above error codes, Power the unit off, and then unplug the unit for 15 minutes. Plug in and power on. If the issue persists, please contact customer service."

In the past, I have recommended turning the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplugging the unit for 12-15 minutes. This will give the unit time to hopefully, reset itself. Then Plug the unit back in and turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON. Set the humidity control as you normally would. If it successfully reset itself, it should operate normally.

I have a Haier Dehumidifier that is about a year old, I emtied the bucket and put the bucket back into place and hit the start button and nothing happen I unplugged the unit and error code E2 keeps comming on
Unplug from wall. Take the front cover off and disconnect the 2 wires that attach to the humidity control dial. Plug back in. If it works, the problem is the humidty control dial (mine just went bad). With it unhooked, it will run constantly, but will still turn off when the bucket is full. To turn off, simply unplug.
When I searched this error code, I found that F-2 means bad sensor. I found no further information as to what sensor it was. You don't give the name of the manufacturer, so I couldn't search from that perspective.
If it is a bad sensor, you may require professional repair.
Before I took it anywhere to be worked on, I would be certain that the catch bucket was setting square (indicating no water in the bucket).
Hi. It is simple and easy to fix. E1 code for sensor behind right side grill. Take right side grill out, unplug sensor from wire socker and plug back. It is solve problem sometimes. Unit MUST be unplugged from outlet. If no help, you need new sensor .
