When water leaks from the dispenser like this it will be caused by a defective water control valve that will not shut properly when off. The leaking water is the same as a leaking faucet. The KSCS25IN uses a=> W10247725-Water Control Valve or HERE Sea Breeze
May be you can. Just check if your drip tank is full and if it is forcing the overflow. If it is not that, check the opening to the drip tank and see if it is closed with ice or something similar. If it is not that bath, then i'm sorry but you have to turn off the water supply line.
Good day, A slow continues drip, but still dispenses O.K. is caused by the dual water valve on the bottom rear of the machine not closing completely. Only fix is replacing the water valve assembly.
If the spigot means the end of the water tube in the water dispenser, and it steadily drips even if the dispenser is not used for 10 minutes or so - replace the water valve. If the dispenser drips water mostly wright after you used it - you might have some air bubbles in the refrigerator water tubing.
this is normal. trapped air from the new filter will cause it to drip until all air has cleared. if you will run about a gallon of water thru the dispenser it should help if not stop the dripping all together. thanks peyton
The problem is there is either mineral caught in the seat of the dispenser valve, or the dispenser valve seat has a bad place in it. Removal and cleaning/replacement is required.
