My phone can't make any selection. There is a rotating sign writing loading only call I can answer

Here is the solution provided by Yahoo Customer Care:
Go to this page

Select password and sign in

Select forgot password

Click on "password helper" or

Click on the phone to get the Yahoo customer service phone number for your region. (Canada or USA) (You may have to wait a very long time before a customer care assistant answers you)

or

click on the envelope to open an e-mail case. If you do not know your security question, in the space provided for them, write "unknown"

Is your data connection working?

OR if you are agreed to lose data to gain access to your phone then get in the boot recovery of the phone.(different phones have different method to get in boot recovery.example- for samsung in switch off condition press "home" +"power key".then go to factory reset and select yes then your phone will be starting new with no lock.
OR
if you dont want to lose your data get "screen lock bypass" pro version to reset the PIN or lock. But its to late as it should be pre loaded!!
OR there are many ways but you will not understand just reset the phone!!
