How do I change a marathon Timex watch off of military time?

To convert a marathon CL030062 (military time) to standard time, simply subtract 1200 from the time and add "AM" to the result. For example, CL030062 in military time is 3:00 AM, so in standard time it would be 3:00 AM.

By pressing the lower left hand button to scroll through he screens, go to where it displays the time with the date up above. Press the upper left hand corner button once.
