You should not need drivers for that as windows 7 should configure it for you. If that is not the case, just go to www.belkin.com and follow their download link. It will step you through the process of finding your driver.

However, there is an easy way to narrow-down the issue.
I'd try the mouse/keyboard on another PC, and check it's action. If it works there, then perhaps drivers from the manufacturer's website can be installed on the PC referred to.
