The top rollers paper eject on my laser printer will not spin with the duplexer installed.

With the duplexer installed, paper exits the fuser roller, then fan folds the paper at the paper eject opening. Without the duplexer installed the rollers will spin and the unit prints normally.

SOURCE: Konica Minola 2300DL laser printer. When I try to

I would closely examine the exit roller. When the paper fans; it's sticking on something. Typically, stuff will ":hide" on rollers; or maybe stuck on a sensor. Using a good flashlight will help.

Brother MFC 7420. New Brother Toner, New Drum, cleaned feed and separator rollers, changed paper, still jamming. Paper stuck around brown fuser roller. What can I do next?

Check whether the fuser rollers are free turning. If the paper is stopped at the ejection roller, the ejection roller needs to be replaced.

Ruppled printed paper cannot exit output tray

you need do follow steps:
1) check fuser unit, the fuser hot roller is hot or not? if not the fuser heater fail.
2) check hot roller should spin with the pressure roller which is against hot roller, and check there is no gap between them, and also nothing pieces paper obstruct there, because if it losts pressure balance that jam should be occured there.
3) check the output roller after fuser unit(if there is), check them are spin or not, this roller kit use for pull the paper goes out the tray. if not spin means the roller drive belt or gear loosen.
3) check paper sensor that is micro swtch around pulling roller or output area and to clean it (could be a optical sensor).
hope help you something fixed, please take a rating let me know how much helped you thanks! keep in touch your question

5100cn paper not stacking correctly in output tray

Hi MCRES,

I am attaching a photo for reference of the outer duplexer assembly of the 5100 printer.

00dec72.jpg
This the area just to the right of the yellow arrow is what moves the paper from the exit of the fuser to the top output bin. ( it also brings the paper back in when duplexing ).

Those are the rollers that I believe you are questioning, however, this unit is an assembly, and those rollers are not replaceable.

I can tell you however, that I have never had a situation that required those rollers to be changed.

What I would suggest is that you clean the rollers with a lint free cloth and rubbing alcohol.

Also check the printer while printing and try to observe that it is not actually the front edge of the paper coming out getting hung up on something ( even a small bur on the plastic ) that may be preventing it from exiting all the way.

Paper jam 202 with no paper in printer

This jam is refering to back door, jam in fuser (hot bit) Double check no paper is wraped around fuser rollers.

These machines have a fuser at rear if you look at he fuser from the back, on it you will see, two thick fuser rollers (ones rubber), paper runs threw these then it hits a little black switch (your machine thinks this switch is activated) and then a series(3,4) of small rubber exit rollers, this switch (between middle and left) can get damaged it also likely that a piece of paper is concertinaed in fuser.

Also remove print cartridge and look behind it, if this machine has duplex unit installed you will need to lift it off that first to axcess all areas.

Check all doors are shut.

Brother HL5250DN Printer duplex problem

I have never seen that happen on one of these.

check to be sure that they go backward at the end of printing, they may reverse on startup

I think maybe you are missing the door that sits inside the rear door (called outer shute assy). When you open rear door there should be another before fuser.

How old is this machine, because there is a fuser and outer shute and cover mod, that goes in to early product run of this model. Machines affected are from the Initial production up to and including Serial No.'s K6J702822 (last 9 digits of S/N), this mod is to help with paper curling at exit causing jams.
