Error 20 Memory Overflow / Insufficient Memory
SOURCE: I have an error message on my printer
1. Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable from the back of the product, but leave the product turned on.
2. Open the cover of the product and remove the print cartridges.
3. Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display.
4. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product and wait for one minute.
5. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
6. Open the cover and reinsert the print cartridges.
7. Close the cover. If prompted, print a calibration page.
8. Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print a print job from the computer
if it don't work then try this
1.Firstly if the printer is connected to a surge protector or any kind of power strip disconnect it from there and connect the printer directly to the wall jack.
2.Even after that if it is not working then you can perform a factory default reset on your machine
a) Leave the printer turned on and then disconnect the power cable from the printer and then press and hold the # and 6 together at the same time while plugging the power cord to the printer and keep on holding the buttons once you see semi-full reset
See whether it works or not
b) In case if it does not work then perform the same thing but instead of # and 6 press and hold # and 9 and the display will read full reset
3.Also try to connect the printer in a different wall outlet and if possible try with different power cable
