How do i fix......?

I would just take it to a instore mobile phone repair man/or lady usually chinese are great at what they do not expensive .

First gain access to your email address that you used to sign up for textnow. Most email web sites have a menu choice for forgot password.

If that is not possible for some reason, unfortunately, you won't have much luck, as the forgot password menu for textnow uses that email address.

Once that is fixed, the next step is the forgot password for textnow menu.

You can use these two option
1. reset your password using altenate email address
2. reset your password using security questions.

Go to gmail.com, then click on "forgot password." Afterwards it will give you very specific directions, that should fix your issue.

click on the forgot password link on the log in page below the box, enter your email address and wait for them to send you an email. which will not take more than an hour. once you have the email you can reset a new password.

Then the good people there provide you with another password.

If you forgot the password to unlock Device-Lock, follow the
steps below to activate Master Clear.
1. Switch off the power and remove the SIM card.
2. Switch on the power. Press ‘*25327#’ on the Home screen
and then press OK.
