It's for iPad not a vehicle. Accounts unable to verify due to bugs in apples system. Are there any recent fixes for system mentioned?

Download and install the latest version of iTunes.

Windows 2000
Download and install VBScript version 5.6 for Windows 2000 from Microsoft, and then try installing iTunes or QuickTime again.

Download and install VBScript version 5.7 for Windows XP from Microsoft, and then try installing iTunes or QuickTime again.
Windows Vista

download necessary. The latest VBScripting engine (version 5.7) is
already included with Vista. Follow the steps below to register the

Without knowing what the message is you are getting, I would suggest you reset Safari. Open Safari, click the Word Safari on top left, then from the pop-down menu click Reset Safari.

How is it that you do not have safari already installed?
The download you are trying to use is probably looking for an existing version, which it will then proceed to upgrade. It is probably giving the error message because it is finding nothing that qualifies as "at least 10.5."
Safari is normally installed along with the Operating System. So, if you have the Snow Leopard install disc, and it is for this computer and not another computer (the discs are specific to the computer), you should be able to put the disc in, find the software on the OS install disc and execute the install.
