Get on your computer and go to Netflix.com. Sign in or pay your bill or free trial offer , they will give you a code number to enter then it will work.

To do this you must go to "Your Account"
(With the new profiles addition you have to hover over your icon, a drop down menu will appear)
Now, Membership and Billing is the first thing on the screen, there you can click "update payment info" which is located to the far right. Also, under it is Billing Details which allows you to see when you are being charged and the amount of payments thus far.

Netflix charges the same monthly fee if it you account or a gift. I f you go to their site, you can order a gift code that can be emailed to the person you want to give it to and they just set up their account and enter the code to cover the fees for how much time you paid for.

You don't mention what device your using but if you are using a PC then it's just www.netflix.com

did you sign up for netflix on a monthly basis, or was it just a trial. Maybe the fact you cant connect to netflix anymore is because your trial has ended and you will need to subscribe to it by paying a monthly fee
