Cant open my e mail error code 21

Clear browser cache and history, get malwarebytes free version and run it.;

Within Internet Explorer, click Tools.
Click Internet Options.
Under the "Browsing History" area, click Delete.
Click OK to do the delete.
Close IE8.
Open IE8.
Try again to access 'www.hotmail.com'.

When I open mail from YM I get error stating YM cant find http://login.yahoo.com/config/reset_cookies_token?... but, browser and email open.

The service manual does not list an error code for "21".

when i try to read my messages it says error code 21 and says to contact customer care its been happening for a week now
