TGA Breeze S4. How to find out why headlights stopped working on TGA Breeze S4 mobility scooter?

Question edited for clarity and toss in some CAPS.
Question moved from Cars and Trucks to a Mobility Category.

Maintenance manual Page 20 says

3 Front light doesn't work - Front LED board faulty - Replace front LED board.

But check the wiring connections to it and at the switch.

I have a TGA Breeze 3, I didn't use a reverse polarity charger, now I have to reset/change the fuse for this.Where is it located and what action needs to be taken? Thank you

There are two push-button circuit breakers on your scooter. According to Page 8 ("Section 9. Overload Switches") of the User manual, they are located between the right rear wheel and the battery cover. If one is tripped, you will probably feel a light "click" when you push it in to reset it.

Hopefully, that is the only consequence of using an incorrectly wired charger.

Make sure that the joystick is in the center position before switching on the controller. 8 flashes: A controller fault is indicated. 9 flashes: Problem with the brake circuit. Check that the manual release levers are in the drive position. 10 flashes: An excessive voltage has been applied to the controller. This is usually caused by a poor battery connection. Zanussi zdt 6053 usually will not run full cycle (on any cycle) but stops with constant error beeps. But it is draining ok and sometimes goes full cycle (not often) Any ideas?

Could be anything!
If you suspect that there is a fault then it will be displayed by blinking LED "END OF CYCLE". As the display of failure in hexadecimal code it can flash up to max. 15 times than short pause and after that repeat fault code. You must to count the number of times the LED "END OF CYCLE" flash up.

Example from user manual: Anti-flood device is activated.
- continuous flashing of the indicator light of the running programme
- 3 intermittent audible signals
- 3 flashes of the END OF CYCLE indicator light
(which means "i30" fault code, the cycle is interrupted and the
drain pump switches on).
Possible causes:
Water leakage from the tub - sump and various connections
(pump, upper spray arm duct etc.); floating sensor blocked
mechanically; microswitch faulty; fill solenoid blocked
mechanically; circuit board faulty (solenoid triac short-circuited);
wiring faulty.
26226179-aipk5px1bmfkdpsmrgevaqwn-3-1.jpg Could be also:
To cancel a washing programme in progress:
- Open the dishwasher's door.
- Press the programme selection/cancel button for about 3 seconds,
until the indicator light of the running programme turns off and the
END OF CYCLE indicator light flashes, indicating that the running
programme has been cancelled and that the machine has
returned to setting mode. It is now possible to select another
washing programme. If a new washing programme will be
selected, check that there is detergent in the detergent dispenser.

NOTE: only during the drying phase, if the dishwasher's door will be opened and remains open for more then 30 seconds, the running programme will be automatically cancelled and the machine will return to setting mode. This will happen, always only during the drying phase, also when the machine is switched off by pressing the
On/Off button and remains switched off for more then 30 seconds.

Power indicator /red/ and warning led/red/ are lighting after ea 15 sec. a lamp never start and fans goes in OFF mode. I checked power supply lines S5V,S-5V,S16V on the Main Board . I checked unit lamp...

If power indicator light red and warning indicator red flashing than according to user manual :-
The projector has been cooled down enough and the temperature returns to normal. When turning ON the projector the WARNING indicator stops flashing. CHECK AND CLEAN THE AIR FILTER.
Experience:- 1. if the temperature is very low than temperature sensor maybe misbehave.
2. If anyone fan not working
so please you check fans.
(If lamp or lamp ballast unit faulty than after a time period the lamp indicator light ON not a warning indicator. I experience many times if any fan in projector are broken or jamed the temperature light if present otherwise warning light ON or flashing)

Need to find obd in 1990 honda accord

TROUBLE CODES System Diagnosis READING CODES When the "Check Engine'' warning light on the dashboard comes on and stays on, it indicates a problem in the fuel injection/emissions system. Check the ECU for fault codes. On certain models, some codes will not trigger the check engine light; if driveability has suffered, check for stored fault codes. The most common error when using fault codes is to assume the indicated component has failed rather than checking the entire circuit. The presence of a trouble code means simply that the electrical circuit for the named component is not functioning properly. For example, a code for the oxygen sensor circuit does not automatically mean the oxygen sensor has failed. A wire terminal may simply be loose or corroded at the connector. When using diagnostic or fault codes, always remember that the entire circuit including the component must be checked carefully. On 1990-95 Accord (except V-6) and 1992-95 Prelude, the codes are read from the check engine light after the two-wire service connector has been jumpered. On Accords, the service connector is under the dash on the passenger side. On Preludes, it is located behind the center console. Codes 1 through 9 are indicated by a series of short flashes; two-digit codes use a long flash for the first digit followed by the appropriate number of short flashes. For example, Code 14 would be indicated by 1 long flash followed by 4 short flashes. Codes are separated by a pause between displays. Multiple codes are transmitted in an alternating pattern. For example, a code 3 and 14 would be displayed as 3 short flashes (for Code 3) followed by the separator pause, then 1 long flash and 4 short flashes (for Code 14). Fig. 7: Fault codes are read from the check engine light on most late-model vehicles 86804048.gif
Fig. 8: On Accords, the service connector is located under the dash on the passenger side 86804049.gif
Fig. 9: The service connector on Preludes is located behind the center console 86804050.gif
  1. Use a jumper wire to connect the two terminals of the service connector together.
  2. Turn the ignition switch ON; the check engine light will display any stored codes by rhythmic flashing. NOTE: In the event that a code is encountered which is not on the chart, re-count the number of flashes. If the code is truly wrong, it will be necessary to swap the ECU for a known-good unit and recheck. Since this can be expensive, you may wish to bring the car to a reputable repair facility if no other cause of the failure can be found. This may save you the expense of purchasing an unnecessary part.
  3. If no codes are displayed but a driveablity problem exits, testing of the system individual components is necessary to find the problem. If codes are displayed, follow the appropriate troubleshooting chart in this section. Fig. 10: Fault code chart for 1990-93 Accords 86804051.gif

2000 accord ex w/ 4 cylinder engine. The light around the D4 (indicating gear) flashes and the car accelerates very slowly in cold weather until the engine gets warm. What is wrong? How to fix?''

The D4 indicator light flashing indicates that your car's computer believes that there is something wrong with your transmission.

This is what the manual for your 2000 Accord says:

The "D4" indicator comes on for a few seconds when you turn the ignition switch ON (II). If it flashes while driving (in any shift position), it indicates a possible problem in the transmission. Avoid rapid acceleration and have the transmission checked by an authorized Honda dealer as soon as possible.

Sometimes this will mean that you are simply low on transmission fluid, but you really should have it checked.

Hope this helps you.
