What is the error code E8 on Voltas cassette AC unit?

also clean the unit... unplug.. spray hose thru the vanes/coils outside/back side to remove dust and dirt from the unit. Let sit for 15-20 minutes before pluging back in.

i cant find a "distributary valve" for sale

lots of water inlet valves hot and cold single units


almost every dishwasher user manual and has code e8 mentioned and faulty distributary valve

why the fault
.If the distributary valve have worked for 150
seconds, and could not reach right
position during wash cycle,after the cycle is finished, the dishwasher will shut off all
loads, the alarm buzzer will ring for 30 seconds and the window will display "E8" at rate
of 1Hz in 30 seconds, and then display "E8" , drain water for 2 minutes meanwhile

"Have you had a power outage?" me yeah probably we live in the Midwest "Well that particular code means there is a problem with the base that needs repair. The wiring diagram for GE dishwashers is usually found under the dishwasher, take the bottom panel off, then look for a envelope about 3"x5" up against the bottom side of the floor of the dishwasher, right under/behind the front edge. If its not there it makes servicing it tougher. C3 code means the drain sensor is not functioning, C7 code means the temperature sensor is not functioning.
As to the voltages used, I would only know that by looking at the wiring diagram (which I do not have).
