When i receive calls, I can hear them but the caller cannot hear me

Sounds like 1 of 2 things
1. You have your phone muted :)
2. Your microphone does not work

A simple way to test your mircophone part would be to, if it has one, if your phone has a voice memo or voice recording feature use that and try and record your voice if it doesnt work, replace the phone if it does we're one step closer to figuring it out.

I'd start with that

Also check your manual for a phone reset feature and try that as well

Hello,

The ear piece of your phone is faulty, you need to give it to an expert to change it for you.

You can get a ear phone and you it to make and receive calls still you change the ear piece.

SOURCE: My phone is a panasonic

Try unplugging all units from the AC outlets as well as the phone connection. Leave disconnected for a few minutes. Re-connect all units and try calling out or have someone call in. this should correct the problem.
