Sounds like you tried flashing firmware for another region (country) on your radio. I don't know if this was a genuine error or you were trying to wideband your radio, but it usually ends up bricking the radio. If you are unable to flash the correct firmware for the correct region (of the radio), call Yaesu support. They are helpful and will be able to help you figure out a solution.

How to unlock a Toshiba blue-ray DVD player bdx2150 to all regions Please help Thanks

If the current firmware in your blu-ray player supports multi region then try this.

1. Power on the blu-ray player.
2. Press "Setup" on the remote to enter Setup Menu.
3. Using the remote, enter "8520". A new submenu will appear.
4. Set DVD region code to "0" for DVD Multi Region.
5. Set BD region code as required using the remote buttons.
"1" = Region A, "2" = Region B, "4" = Region C
6. Press "Setup" button to exit the menu.

If this does not work then try upgrading the bluray firmware.
Search for Toshiba BDX2150 firmware and see if there is a newer firmware than the one you have installed.

How To Fix 1601, 1602, or 21 Error Codes During iPhone 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 Custom...

97c343d.jpg
Are you trying to downgrade or restore your iPhone or iTouch from the official 3.1, 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 Firmware to a Custom Firmware and your iTunes displaying the following 1601, 1602, 16xx or 21 error codes? iH8sn0w has just released a utility named iREB (iTunes Restore Error Bypasser), which provides a workaround to fix these errors.
iREB is available for both Windows and MAC Operating systems. Tool runs on both iPhone & iPhone 3G with Firmware 3.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, and also on iPod touch 1G and 2G.
So here is the work around for 1601, 1602, 1604, 16xx or 1621 Error Codes…
New version of iREB is out for 3.1.2 Devices… If you’re upgraded to the latest firmware (3.1.2 or 3.1.3) you should use this download / tool for the errors you’re experiencing. New version has additional devices and more options available.
1. Download iH8sn0w’s iREB 3.1.2 archive for Windows or Mac.
2. Start iTunes and put your iPhone in Recovery Mode; to do so, hold Home and Power button in your iPhone simultaneously and release Power button after a while (10 seconds approx). Keep on holding Home button, till you see following error message appearing in iTunes stating.
d86fe9f.png
3. Now close iTunes and start iREB, following interface will open.d00f484.png

4. Now select your plugged in device in iREB 3.1.2 and it will then show the White creen after few seconds. This happens fast so if you didn’t see it don’t worry… You will also hear sounds (maybe) like your iPhone is being plugged in and unplugged from your computer… That’s normal… The ih8sn0w.exe will crash… That’s normal, as long as you get a white screen…
5. NOTE: If you still don’t see the WHITE screen, you should do this… While the device is still plugged in and iREB running, put your device into the DFU mode. PRESS and HOLD both buttons on your iPhone for 12 Seconds and then release the POWER button (Located at the top of your Device) while still holding down the HOME button… Hold down the HOME button for 30 Seconds… (Yes 30 Seconds) until you get the WHITE Screen, the iTunes will come up with a message stating it found an iPhone in Recover Mode… At this point you can let go of the HOME button… you will be asked to restore this iPhone… and the iREB tool will crash
6. Now start iTunes again and select your device (iPhone/iPod) from iTunes DEVICES tab.
7. To restore original settings on your Apple device, press and hold left “OPTION” button on the keyboard (“SHIFT” button for Windows), iTunes will give you option for Upgrade and Restore, click on “Restore” option in the iTunes and then release the “OPTION/SHIFT” button. Select .ipsw file and restore it

49.4C02 service error

If it happens while printing PDF files, upgrade the firmware. Print the event log. If there is a 79 error replace the formatter. When you get the 49 error, does it happen on certain jobs or all jobs. If it happens with all jobs - power off and remove the jetdirect, the DIMMS except for the one in slot J1(firmware), power on. If error is there, change formatter. If no error put DIMMS in one at a time (with power off) then install Jetdirect and try again.

Power led is blinking after I upgrade firmware

Something went wrong during the upgrade of your firmware. If you were upgrading the firmware from Linksys website you need to call their tech support and have them replace it for you. If you were trying to hack it with a 3rd party firmware you probably need to go buy another one and maybe consider using the firmware it comes with. You cannot restore the device because the flash killed the restore function. Your device is cooked. Put some BBQ sauce on it and serve it for dinner.

Service Error 49 FF04

A 49 error is a firmware error, it might be caused by the firmware itself, or by the failure of a printer module.

How to isolate the cause:

- Verify that the problem is not being caused by a specific job, this error can be caused by bad information being sent to the printer.
- Power off and remove any installed EIO devices, (JetDirect Cards, Hard Drives), power on and test.

Cold Reset the printer:

- Power off, remove any optional memory, power on and retest.
- Power off and reseat any memory and firmware modules on the formatter board, power on and test.
- Power off, reseat the formatter board, power on and test.

Check firmware version: on newer machines with flashable firmware upgrade to the latest version. If you are running the latest version reload it, this might fix corrupted firmware. (Some printers have flashable firmware, others use a Firmware DIMM which must be replaced to upgrade.)

If you haven't found the cause yet it's time to start swapping parts:

- Firmware module if it's a DIMM as opposed to being part of the formatter.
- Memory if installed, some printers have to have at least one memory module installed to run, and it must have enough capacity to function, in some cases installing a module that does not meet the minimum requirements of the machine will cause a 49 error

Philips DVP3140/37 DivX player does not play certain DivX files. I have the region code as 0. For some DivX files it plays the video but the audio does not work. These work fine on computers.

Have you tried upgrading the firmware.
Check first the firmware of your DVD by opening the tray, then press 37 on the remote, and jot down the version of the firmware, then try to find an upgrade to your version or an improvement to it that fixes the original trouble with some DivX files.

The radio doesn t work

This has been an unfortunate side effect with many firmware upgrades. Try changing your region in radio settings to US. If that fails, set it to Europe.

Iriver t10

Try to re-format it. on player go to settings, then advanced then format. select format, say yes and it should reboot. if that doesn't work you need to upgrade the firmware. got to iriveramerica.com, support, ultra portabale support and download firmware updater software. Not a bad idea to upgrade firmware in either case. Your music will be lost when you format but you can simply re-load it from your music manager on your PC.
