After upgrading to windows 10, unable to scan doc from Konica C203 to PC

Bizhub - C203, PC window was Windows 7, upgraded to Windows 10. Able to print to the printer but unable to scan. Error detail is "Login Error"

I believe you must install the software from the bizhub disc and if that does work you can set it up to setup it to your email as a pdf

We use a BizHub C250. After upgrading to Windows7, I can't get the scan programmed in to FTP to any of the 4 computers. Everything else works fine. I'm sure I'm leaving out/putting in a / or \ that is...

do u have the windows 7 software and drivers loaded? windows 7 is not compatible with any previous version of windows, so if the software is not for 7 then you will have these kinds of problems, i would contact Konica/Minolta support fro the newest drivers that will work for this device with windows 7.
