You think could be some motor?
Doubt motor, suspect slipping paper feed roller in area just before ps24 area, or slipping clutch or obstruction in paper path. Ensure your using fresh paper, not old as it curls and causes issues. Rare is it a motor fail, especially if issue is sometimes rather than everytime. Clean clean is usally the fix or most paper path problems. Paper dust often makes rollers and feed tires slip rather than grip. Cheaper paper gives off more paper dust and causes more wear. Slightly damp rag just with water on rubber rollers is the best tool.Good Luck.
Testimonial: "Thanks for your comment, I know is very weird, but the jams that I have, are jammed exactly in the same place, (4cm after the PS24) is very often, two or three prints and the jam is come."
When removing paper which has become jammed inside the machine, take care not to allow the toner on the jammed paper to come into contact with your hands or clothing, as this will dirty your hands or clothing. If they become dirty, wash them immediately with cold water. Washing them with warm water will set the toner, and make it impossible to remove the toner stains.
