My Gigaset 8" QV830 tablet won't unlock. It doesn't respond to any touch, slide or anything. Is there anyway to reset the entire tablet?

On page 3 of the user manual, they show you where the SD card will go. After that it is pretty automatic.

You have a virus or a software conflict. I suggest you reload the operating system.

Do you mean the Gigaset QV830 8" tablet? QVC has the manual for this tablet here: http://www.qvc.com/footers/el/pdf/E227185_UserManual.pdf . Unfortunately, I do not know how long this link will remain valid. It does work today.

Go into "storage" in settings and then scroll down to the Kindle app. Select "move to SD card"
