Nokia E72 shows star=up failed when switched on

i have a e72 nokia mobile and when i send a video through bluetooth then failed message or unable to play that video what should i do plzz tell me in details...........

that is software update problem try to connect it to pc & try to update one more time it may get up date but while update it may get restart 2 to 3 times if it says that update failed then you should Visite your Nearest Nokia Service Center (Nokia Care) They will update your Software or Renew your Software.

why e72 nokia message coming not appear name my contact, whereas the contact name is available

try to start your phone without memory card,if its not work then format your phone press star and green (call button) and 3 button and then press your phone power button together don't release these buttons until format complete and you see nokia logo

There's no shortcut or a dedicated key to type _ in Nokia E72, you have to press "*" (star) and select it. When you press star while entering the texts, you'll see the available special characters. Use left-right and up-down key to locate and press "Ok" to select it (it will be entered automatically on the position where the cursor is located/placed).

Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3
keys; Green dial key, *
Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press
the power on/off to
swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3
press and hold
keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2.
After a few
minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone
will
back to original system and factory settting.

Whenever I disconnect the E72 WLAN (already in connected WLAN mode), E72 will reconnect WLAN again automatically within 1 second.
