Xenon Touchscreen stopped working

This is a common manufacturing error and can often be repaired by going to a touchscreen specialization store and getting them to replace the LCD screen. If this does not work I strongly suggest that you go to your local provider that you have your contract with and show them what is going on with your phone, and as if it can be replaced. Bright lights, if you leave your phone in the sunlight, it kills the LCD screen. And if you leave it in extreme heat, even in the shade, it can cause the screen to crack.

probably a device issue, but you can try a master reset which you can get the steps of the process by calling att or go to att.com and look at the tutorials, if that doesnt work you need to call att.

you cant all you can do is call insurance for it

you have a 30 day warranty on your phone, i would just take it back and get another one

Contact LG, check Ebay, google it.

Try going into settings and go back to factory default,See if that resets your phone (but make sure you back up your contacts just in case you lose them.

well wen mine stopped working wen i slid the screen out it wouldnt switch. i was told to use a magnet and run it on the back of the touchscreen and BAM! it worked

Mine stopped working. I powered it off and back on and it started working again.

Using a toothbrush and brushing around the screen to remove 'rubbish' had the desired effect.
