yes,you can get manuals for most anything on the internet by going to the rite web site most items have a sticker for a web site and go to that web site and they usually will have a section to down load and able to print out a manual.

water pump is in behind timing cover....drain coolant remove timing cover, remove the water pump bolts. remove the water pump and the seal(note..do not reuse this seal)....reverse procedure for installation

any washing m/c has adjustable legs
goto adjust these legs at 1st
using awater balancer tool to help to balancing the m/c
donot forget put the m/c over the hard floor
not over carpet not over metal basement

you can try cleaning the filter at hose end, where it hooks into the unit.make sure your cold awater supply is good.
