If you have one screw left over, take it to Lowe's and have a knowledgeable associate (doen't have to be from hardware department) help you out. If you have no screws , take the whole tv and you may be surprised on how helpful can they be, get their name and call corporate to give compliments and you have earned a new friend for life. Good luck

What size screws do i need for mounting a vizio 55" to a stand?

This depends on the model being hung on the stand. The size screw to use is usually listed in the manual. Also make sure to check the maximum length of the screw or you can damage the TV.

TV Stand Screws

If you still have the manual or know the manufacturer you might want to try giving them a call. They'll know what size screw was used on that model tv stand. Otherwise, measure the insides of the holes and go to a hardware store; they should be able to help you find the right one. Just make sure they are not too long. Screws are pretty cheap, so I'd suggest buying one of a couple different sizes to try out. They should fit snugly in the hole, but should not split the wood/plastic. You'll want to get four of the same size washers and nuts as well once you know what kind of screw you need. That way they won't loosen. :)

I had lost the screws to attach the stand i have a 42lg30 tv AND IM TRYNA FIND THE SIZE OF THE SCREWS I NEED SO I CAN GO BUY REPLACEMENT ONES

Those are metric screws. I forgot the exact size, but I think it is Pan-head M4 fine thread. You could buy sets of M3 thru M5, and one of them should fit. Return the wrong ones.

PROTRON STAND

Is that a problem? Check the hole size and choose a screw with a head that is bigger than the hole size. Typically select a minimum of 4mm diameter screw.
